FREE SHIPPING : We deliver all across India. Products are generally dispatched in 5-7 days . It is always HERSHOE endeavor to provide the trendiest designs at affordable pricing without compromising on the quality. Because of this we are always flooded with orders and so sometimes it might take some time to dispatch your order. But we guarantee that the products will be worth the wait. COD SHIPPING METHOD : 1. Cash on Delivery facility is FREE for orders above Rs 300/- 2. In case of Cash On Delivery, confirmation will be taken from the recipient over the call. 3. Cash On Delivery orders will be confirmed only if your pin code is serviceable. 4. In case, the product you have selected is designer we may ask for half payment of the total order. Half payment can be paid using payment link sent by the support executives. 5. Only cash payments will be accepted while delivering the order under the COD format. Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. 6. Products are generally dispatched in 2-3 weeks SHIPPING FEE: We provide FREE SHIPPING on all our order except for few regions like North Eastern India, Jammu and Kashmir or If only Indian Postal delivery (Speed Post) is available on your pin code, in this case we charge Rs 50 extra as a shipping fee. For Rest of India, we provide FREE SHIPPING. If you want to order as Cash on Delivery then we take additional Rs 100 as cash on Delivery charge depending on the availability of your pin code for Cash on Delivery
Return Policy
RETURN/EXCHANGE : You may return all items sold by HERSHOE within 15 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in a good condition. CONDITION OF EXCHANGE : # If the product received if defective/damaged/wrong product . # If the size received is wrong. You will be responsible for returning the product by courier of your own choice and provide tracking details once it is dispatched from your side. All goods will be inspected when they are received in our warehouse. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly on the original packet delivered to you and can’t get damaged on the way! .In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. About RETURN SHIPPING FEE: However, we provide refund (up to Rs. 100) for the return shipping fees paid by you , only if the above conditions are applicable and we will provide Free Shipping again. Apart from the above mentioned conditions of return (example- you ordered wrong size without checking size chart or you ordered wrong product) even if you or your customer want to return/exchange then he/she will be responsible for the return shipping fee from his/her side and we will charge Rs. 100 more as a processing and Re-Shipping fee.
